Call to Order

Approval of the minutes of

  • May 14, 2026: Eric moves to approve the minutes, Martin seconds. All in favor but Gouveia and Eric who abstain.

Action items

  • Nick integration: Brian will check if everything is OK on the Admin team side regarding the move of Nick under Plone organization.
  • Validation of the Sponsorship request page: Martin will let know Alexander Plitz that the new page is approved.

Incoming Correspondence

  • Message about the Plone trademark
  • One new Github sponsor
  • 3 emails from Pypi

New Business

  • No new business

Continued Business

  • Move of Nick under Plone organization: on going
  • Plone conference 2026: ticket sales and call for papers are not ready yet.
  • Martin will discuss tomorrow with Guido about our usage of Quaive.
  • plone.org renewal: successful sprint last week in Bonn, lot of good progress (June 15 as release date might still be a bit ambitious though).
  • Community recognition program: good talks during Beethoven sprint, Mikel will update the Board about it.
  • Moving documents from Quaive to Google Docs: Martin, Gouveia and Eric will work on it.
  • Zope Foundation funds: no news

Review Ongoing

  • During the Beethoven sprint, some ideas have been discussed to find an official name for Volto Seven.
