Approval of the minutes

Brian moves to approve the minutes, Gildardo seconds. All in favor.

Action items

Rikupekka replied to Mikel about Platinum sponsorship.

Eric replied to the GDPR request.

  • Message from pypi

  • One Github sponsorship cancellation

  • More discussion about platinum level sponsorships and Plone Conference impacts

  • Emails about Zope Foundation funds

  • Message from Rob about moving Nick in the Plone Github org. We did something similar with Guillotina in the past. Martin will contact people that were at the board at that time to know more about the process.

New business

  • Steve offered the Q1 financial report:

    • increase/decrease from last year

    • statement of activity comparison

    • statement of financial position comparison

    • budget vs actuals

    • current state of projections after first quarter

Continued business

  • PloneConf 2026: website online and with contents

  • Sponsorship program platinum level: will be discussed with Mikel

  • Community recognition program: the final version is being prepared

  • Improving board processes: on going

  • Zope Foundation funds: interesting progress

Review on going

  • Today is World Plone Day 2026: a lot of videos, and a few good livestreams

  • The 9 new foundation members have been announced on plone.org.
