Incoming Correspondence

• Message from Eric Brehault regarding last year GSoC student asking for sponsorship to attend a conference a second time. The board refused, according our policy regarding GSoC students.
• Message about plone.mobi domain. The Plone Foundation will take over this domain.

No news from the possible candidates. Mikel will contact some of them next week.

Membership Renewal

New Sponsorship Program
No updates.

Framework team
David Glick will start discussing the new PLIP review process before the Plone Conference.

Google Summer of Code 2024
The Foundation will buy the flight for one of the student who cannot afford buying it by themselves and wait for reimbursement.

• Mentioned during the Plone Steering Circle today: a list of strategic goals have been defined in order to tackle Plone 7. In order to avoid wasting time and energy, the board might consider restricting strategic sprints funding to these goals.
• A lot of spam accounts have been created on community.plone.org.
