A Truly Global Community
This year’s conference showcased the diversity and reach of the Plone community. We welcomed 291 participants from 13 Brazilian states and 19 countries across the globe.
Our attendees brought a variety of professional backgrounds, levels of experience, and unique perspectives, enriching the discussions and collaborations throughout the event.
We were especially proud to continue the tradition of hosting our Google Summer of Code students. This year, three students—from China, Egypt, and India—presented their projects to the attendees and the wider Plone community, exemplifying the power of mentorship and innovation.
Content is King
The Plone Conference would not be complete without a diverse and engaging program. This year’s content included:
- 12 training sessions, 80 talks, and 3 keynote sessions delivered by more than 80 speakers.
- 30 lightning talks, covering topics from AI to Physics 101, as well as a hosted yoga session.
- 2 days of sprints, fostering mentoring, collaboration, and development.
- Numerous open space sessions for discussing and planning the future of Plone.
All the talks are now available on YouTube for free! Check out the playlist.
