From June 8 to 12, 2026, join us in Kerpen for our next community sprint — the Pole Position Sprint — hosted at the offices of Interaktiv GmbH.

Kerpen isn’t just a convenient location — it’s also the birthplace of Michael Schumacher, and the Schumacher Kart Center is right around the corner. Inspired by this, we’ve borrowed a bit of Formula 1 spirit for this sprint: like a pit stop team fine-tuning their car for the next lap, we’ll come together to align, adjust, and accelerate Plone 7 into its next phase.

What it’s about


This sprint combines two main focuses:

  • Plone 7 Development Tasks – hands-on coding, improvements, and refinements to move the project forward.

  • Marketing Follow-Up – continuing the work started at the Stellenbosch Marketing Sprint (January 2026), fine-tuning messaging, materials, and outreach strategies.

Why you should join


If you’re part of the Plone community and already familiar with ongoing initiatives, this sprint is your chance to:

  • Contribute directly to Plone 7’s development and marketing.
