PSPS Overview
Some things we did at the Plone Strategic Planning Summit, and a few things we didn't do.
Participant Goals
We asked participants to pair up and talk for one minute each about one thing they'd like to be true at the end of the Plone Strategic Planning Summit 2008. Each person wrote something down on a sticky note and we collected them all on flipcharts.
What's Working, What's Not
In this exercise, we considered five facets of the Plone experience, and worked in small groups to identify what is working well, what is not working well, and what is working elsewhere that should inspire us. Agreement is indicated by +3, +5, etc.
Action Brainstorming
Based on our "what's working, what's not and what's working elsewhere" exercise, we brainstormed ideas for action across our five facets.
Next Actions and Champions
We ended the summit with "dotmocracy" exercise to prioritize our follow-up action steps. Then, we identified champions to carry forward each action.
