Eric moved to approve, Martin seconded. Martin, Brian, Mikel, Paul and Eric in favor. Kim and Guido abstained. Minutes approved.

Finalize plone.be transaction - Martin Peeters: no news
Follow up on Framework team - Mikel Larreategi: The need of a Framework team seems not necessary at the moment. The different technical teams think they can coordinate themselves. The board will keep an eye on this.
Contact People about Zope Foundation Funds - Martin Peeters: no news
List all plone domains - Paul Roeland: see continued business
Send the new stipend informations to Maurits and other release managers - Martin Peeters: done
Reply to Victor about his request - Martin Peeters: done

Google Summer of Code 2024:
- No news about the application yet.
- Martin went to the GSoC 20 years celebration, he took the opportunity to talk with the people in charge of the Google Season of Docs.

Continued Business

Plone domains: Paul has made a list of all the domains. A lot of them are not used anymore. They will not be renewed.
Plone Conference 2024: nothing new since last meeting.
Sponsorship program: Guido received information from Erico. He will also contact Kim Nguyen soon.
Membership Committee renewal: no news
Zope Foundation Funds: no news

Review Ongoing

The Beethoven sprint and the Alpine sprint haven't been declared as strategic sprints yet.
