Mikel moves to approve the minutes, Guido seconds. Unanimously approved.

Check if action items were followed up

Follow up on Framework team - Mikel Larreategi: the Classic UI team agreed with the board proposal to stop the framework team.

Contact People about Zope Foundation Funds - Martin Peeters: no news.

Contact Jens about the Tiny Shiny Alpine City Sprint - Martin Peeters: Jens is aware they need the sprint to be declared as strategic. by a tech team, he will take care of it.

Cancel the renewal of some Plone domains - Paul Roeland: no news.

Incoming correspondence
2023-02-13 - Piero Nicolli - Sprint Funding Request - Salamina Sprint 2024: the Volto team declared this sprint as strategic. According the number of participants, it is a mega sprint.
We still have budget for one mega sprint (8000) and one large sprint (4000). Both Beethoven and Salamina are mega sprints, so we might split the total budget between them. Eric will contact the sprint organizers.

Google Season of Docs 2024: we received a draft proposal from Steve Piercy.

Google Summer of Code 2024: the Plone Foundation candidacy has been accepted. Eric is still searching for more mentors.
