  • Chilean Domain Name transferred to Plone Foundation and renewed for 10 yrs

  • PyCon prep 

    • Plone has community booth

    • Will need volunteers and swag 

  • Budget 2019 prep - Paul and Carol present by end of January

  • Pylons meeting report-back - 

    • Steve Piercy organized.  Thanks Steve.

    • Paul researched all Foundation related documents and made them available to committee. Need to evaluate the easiest way to modify the documents to include Pylons. 

    • Get Apache Foundation’s advice on how to expand to cover more groups

    • Next meeting set for January 28, 2019

  • Zope Foundation Status

    • Matthew Wilkes did an amazing job getting a unanimous vote to move the Zope Foundation under the Plone Foundation umbrella. Thank You Matthew.

    • Transfer of assets has started. 

    • Paperwork needs to be updated in the State of Delaware

    • Short executive session

  • Server Request for CI 

    • Server proposed for testing to come from infrastructure budget

  • Tokyo conf administrative finishing up

  • New server for ploneconf sites

    (until

    old sites migrated off existing ploneconf server)

    • Kim to lead effort to update Plone versions and migrate to a new server.

    • Write the Docs Event in Amsterdam. Thanks for presenting Sven Strack. Plone was well represented.

    • PythonBrasil Europe MeetUp in Berlin Nov 24, 2018 - 10 attendees, 2 Plone Talks, Thanks Erico and Davi

    • JoinUp.eu open source gathering of EU with presentation on Plone

    • Alexander met with TU Dresden
