Calvin called us together at Noon, PST
Attending: Calvin, Steve, Mark, Alex, Geir, Jon, Matt
We have proposals, for San Francisco and São Paulo
Membership Advisory Vote Results
San Francisco: 30 votes, 55%
São Paulo: 25 votes, 45%
(Including one vote sent directly to Calvin; not including one late vote discarded)
Round-robin discussion of merits of proposals and of advisory vote and comments received.
Alex had to leave call, left proxy for SF
Calvin moved acceptance of advisory vote; Mark seconded.
Unanimously passed
