Three New Members Join the Plone Foundation

Alin Voinea, Christina McNeill, and Peter Holzer are our newest Plone Foundation members

The Plone Foundation (PF) welcomes three new members, unanimously confirmed by the Foundation's Board of Directors today after receiving strong recommendations from the PF Membership Committee.

Membership in the PF is conferred for significant and enduring contributions to the Plone project and community. The Foundation is the trustee for Plone's intellectual property, works to protect and promote Plone, and now has 124 active members.

 

Alin Voinea

Alin Voinea (Romania) is a principal contributor to the EEA Plone add-ons (faceted navigation, data visualization, annotator, and many more), an organizer of the upcoming Bucharest Plone Conference 2015, a Plone core package contributor, and a long time Plone user of 12 years.

 

Christina McNeill

Christina McNeill (USA) is the Plone community's communications team lead, newsletter editor, plone.org news editor, Plone social media lead, plone.com editor and team member, new plone.org team member, and Plone 5 launch team member.

 

Peter Holzer

Peter Holzer (Switzerland) is a long time contributor of bug reports and fixes to Plone core packages and add-ons, an active promoter of Plone and organizer of meetups in Switzerland, regular attendee and participant at Plone events and sprints, and member of the famed Blue Dynamics Alliance.
