EuroPython 2013 - Plone talks wanted!

Talk submission deadline for EuroPython 2013 (July 1-7) is very near: March 5th, 23:59:59 CET

Everybody knows that EuroPython is the official European conference about the Python programming language.

It is aimed at everyone in the Python community, of all skill levels, both users and programmers. The growing importance of EuroPython deserves Plone developers' attention, to replicate and improve last year's effort to promote Plone to the Python community: we encourage every Plonista attending EuroPython in June 2013 to submit a talk describing his/her work to an audience of developers from around Europe and the world.

The deadline for proposals is March 5th, and you can find out more by visiting the Call for Proposals page on the EuroPython 2013 website. From their proposals page:

We're looking for proposals on every aspect of Python: programming from novice to advanced levels, applications and frameworks, or how you have been involved in introducing Python into your organisation.

First-time speakers are especially welcome; EuroPython is a community conference and we are eager to hear about your experience. We are organizing a special review and rehearsal process for them, to help them get started for their first talk. If you have friends or colleagues who have something valuable to contribute, twist their arms to tell us about it!

Please also forward this Call for Proposals to anyone that you feel may be interested.

In 2012 people had a lot of fun, don't miss it.
