Plone Gets Attention at Pycon 2011 in Atlanta
Plone was well-represented at Pycon 2011 in Atlanta, GA March 11-12th with a booth sponsored by the Plone community and a variety of developers who were in attendance.
Pycon 2011 is the annual Python community conference, an event which Plone has been represented at for years.
The Plone booth at Pycon was organized ifPeople's Josh Kidd and Chris Johnson. It was manned by Kidd, Michael Mulich of Penn State's Weblion group and Plone Foundation president Calvin Hendryx-Parker, of Six Feet Up.
The goal in attending was providing Python Developers with general information about Plone and some of our interesting projects, as well as a chance to find out more about the Plone community.
