Is technology enough and what else is needed? The presentation explores the tools we developed (ZShells) and what we found as the successful ingredients in making Plone work for University of Houston. At
Texas Learning & Computation Center (TLC2)of University of Houston we have deployed over 50 web sites on and off campus. We are very busy today but it had not been like this when we first started. The presentation explores the key ingredients that are important and tools that we found useful to our customers. ZShell is a set of tools which makes it easy for the user to manage the content of their web sites.
