Summary
In this talk, we will overview Connexions (cnx.org), an online, open educational resource built on top of Plone and dedicated to providing easy access to high quality learning materials. Using Connexions' online editing tools, volunteer authors create small, modular articles using Connexions' own XML markup, CNXML. These modules can then be combined by those authors or others into book-like collections that are available free online, free in PDF, and at a very low-cost in a print-on-demand format. Quality control is maintained through a system of post-publication peer review known as "lensing"
