- Getting them used to a longer turnaround for certain changes ("Why can't I have a blog NOW?!")
- Giving them more power over content with a feedback system
- Designers
- Training designers to design for Plone
- Getting them started using SVN
- Turning them into their own QA
- And, of course, lessons learned
