The Plone community is invited to Bucharest, the "Little Paris" of Eastern Europe for the annual conference in 2015.
Romania is located on the western shore of the Black Sea. The Carpathian Mountains draw a wide arc through the center of the country, while the Danube, Europe's second longest river, forms the Danube Delta, a vast and unique protected wetland, perfect for fishing, boating and bird watching.
The venue for the event is the five star InterContinental Hotel. As always there will be training sessions, talks, hallway tracks, sprints, lightning talks and open spaces. More information will be made available by the organizing committee.
No Plone conference would be complete without a party. The planners have gone all out by including a memorable event at Caru' cu Bere, a true living legend, one of the oldest breweries of Bucharest. Attendees will savor exquisite Romanian cuisine, including homemade traditional dishes and drinks, and will be entertained by a live band.
Eau de Web (http://eaudeweb.ro) is honored to organize the 2015 Plone Conference in Romania’s capital, a cosmopolitan city combining an eclectic history with modernity and class with tourist treasures.
