The site was moved from a static ASP based solution to Plone, for fully dynamic publishing, pulling all existing articles along. oeko.net consulted on the user experience, massaged the data, created several content types to deal with the new requirements, and hosts this site on their own servers. If the screenshot shows a face in the upper left, and generally yellowish colours, then it refers to the old design, done by a different company. The current site uses darkish blue colours.

Environmental Resources Trust started in 1996 the first market-driven private attempt to reduce greennhouse gas emissions known as GHG Registry. In 2008 the GHG Registry became known as American Carbon Registry. Winrock Intl., who runs the program, choose Web Collective to create a new graphic design and implement a significant upgrade to how the Registry's members access information on their accounts.

Columbia River PUD
Columbia River PUD asked Six Feet Up for help with the migration of their existing site from Plone 2.1 to Plone 2.5. This included bringing all current templates up to date with the latest Plone best practices and safely migrating the data to the new instance. An advertising management system based off of PromoEngine was also deployed to allow Columbia River to easily manage the content and location of their ad portlets. In addition, Kupu-enabled portlets were set up in the left column so that custom content may be easily added to all pages of each main section. Last, Six Feet Up provided some navigability improvements through the implementation of a color-coded navigation system.
EfD Initiative

KWO Power Company is situated in the Swiss Alps (Grimsel) and produces enough hydroelectricity in its nine powerplants for 1 million people. The website Grimselwelt (Grimselworld) offers numerous touristic attractions and experiences in this area, like skiing, or wandering. The site uses BernArticle and LinguaPlone. It is bilingual, German and English, and contains some flash content.

letsrecycle.com is the established UK market leader in delivering recycling and waste management news and information for councils, businesses and the waste and recycling sector. The site, owned by the Environment Media Group, needed to be updated and refreshed. We migrated around ten years of content, largely news and forum posts, and enhanced the site navigation and search functions. The main problem was the back end functionality, which we gave a complete overhaul using Plone 4, whilst affording them more space for strategically placed advertising, their main revenue source.
