The Asian and Pacific Training Centre for Information and Communication Technology for Development (UN-APCICT) was established as a subsidiary body of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) on 16 June 2006. UN-APCICT is located in Incheon, Republic of Korea and its objective is to build the capacity of members and associate members of ESCAP in the use of information and communication technology (ICT) for their socio-economic development.
