The RE/MAX group wanted an Intranet/Extranet accessible via web to manage Users, Real Estate (with the possibility of assigning and tracking), marketing activities, talks, events, news and contacts in addition to a private calendar and a public agenda all interfaced with the chance to insert dynamic customizable report. The case study is drawn from typical management of a real estate agency of the RE/MAX group; but is adaptable to any other management, thanks to the great flexibility of the technology used. The solution consists of an intranet/extranet accessible via Web, which allows you to manage:

* Buildings catalogue (complete with pictures, videos, links, etc.).

L 'INTERFACE DESIGN
The interface is highly customizable, this would allow you to use the intranet as part of its Internet portal, and making available some of the information or services on the public intranet.
All this managed in a dynamic and flexible way thanks to the tags assigned to every single object in the Intranet, in particular, you can assign to each element at least three states:
* Public, visible on the portal and Internet
* Private, visible only by the person who created the object
* Shown for the agency in this state you'll find all the objects you wish to share with their employees or colleagues.
