We focus on organic food . From two cubes in 1999, we now usually 12-18 cubes. We are trying to increase, but a few difficult years means that we still have not managed to reach the target of about 25 cubes. Our honey is so popular that every year we sell out everything we have. Luxury Problem? Yes. Perhaps, but the goal is to sell the honey all year. Mostly we sell all our honey at the Farmer's Market, but also on Stend Farm Shop and a few small-scale shops have honey from us most of the year.
