National Consumer Tribunal

The National Consumer Tribunal (“the Tribunal”) was established in terms of the National Credit Act, No. 34 of 2005 (the Act). The Tribunal is expected to hear cases of non compliance with the Act, issue fines and provide redress to consumers.
