Governance reform process, Médecins Sans Frontières collaborative site

Reflab has developed for Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), with Plone, the Governance reform process (GRP) site to involve the whole movement to contribute to the discussion and help the organization to build a new internal governance structure that will allow to better meet the challenges. MSF needed to make the GRP site collaborative and dynamic so that real wide participation is made possible. This project has been a very good success with more then 60 original contributions, many open discussions and a final conference streamed online through the GRP site.
