First Herring Brook Watershed Initiative

The First Herring Brook Watershed Initiative consists mostly of Scituate, MA residents with a wide variety of environmental backgrounds and interests. FHBWI is currently conducting stream flow research under the leadership Margaret Kearns from the Riverways Program RIFLS project. FHBWI is assisting with the Riverway's and Water Resources Committee's efforts to restore the herring run in First Herring Brook.
