Doug Silsbee is the consummate planner. He spent two years planning his new website and the results show the value of focused intention and attention to messaging. His two target markets are business coaching clients and professional coaches who desire mentoring to deepen their skills. The site is smoothly segmented to address the specific needs of each target audience with visual cues in the photographs and colors of the parchment backgrounds. The layout of the site breaks out of the header/sidebar mentality and, utilizing the nautilus of the logo design, creates an engaging presentation of ideas, inspirational quotes, testimonials and pull quotes from articles. Although word-rich, this site has balance, structure and rhythm which makes reading it a pleasure.
