This Plone site provides the citizens with a tool for signaling architechtonical barriers or other problems (like abuse of reserved parking lots) that may impede the mobility of disabled people. A part of a region-wide effort by Regione Emilia Romagna to implement public websites with "Web 2.0" functionalities, it allows any registered user to locate the issue with the highest precision, thanks to a Google Maps-based interface. Issue tracker functionalities are available, and the status of each issue is publicly available on the website, and may be accessed also by unauthenticated citizens.
