On a tight budget and tired of vendor lock-in, APS needed a robust and secure content management system. They chose Plone based upon reports of its success at the City of Albuquerque. They selected FosterMilo to architect the system, craft a budget, write an RFP, build a web team, and design the Plone site. The site build-out was completed by Joel Burton.
The new website launched in January 2010 with immediate success and positive feedback in the local press.
