Action Aid

The charity ActionAid approached us with a Plone site, myActionAid, which they wanted to be refreshed, updated and enhanced. myActionAid is an interactive site for the charity's fundraisers and where donations can be made; more than that it is a social community for those involved. New designs were applied to the existing site and a number of modifications implemented. New activity sections were added, such as "Right Now on myActionAid", showing people's donations in real time, and an announcement reporting facility. Also a personal messaging function, and facilities to show blogs, photos and so on, making the site user friendly, participant-driven and above all, effective.
