A web based application to provide performance feedback to employees.
360 degree feedback is a method and a tool that provides each employee the opportunity to receive performance feedback from his or her supervisor and/or peers. To implement this method, the Wenckebach Institute decided to develop a web based application.
Wenckebach Institute, a department of the University Medical Center Groningen (UMCG) provides post-academic medical education.
The 360 degree Feedback tool is used by the Wenckebach Institute as a service to the employees of the UMCG, and other health care centers.
