has experience in free software since 2002, participated in the
Spanish localization of some free and open software projects. Also he developed,
documented, and correcting errors in Venezuelan projects, such as CANAIMA GNU/Linux, SAID and is a source code contributor to several third-party products of Plone CMS, on Opencore Software (used in the CoActivate.org website), and recently Django developer.
He is a collaborator to PloneGov communities such as CommunesPlone (Belgiun) and Open eGov (USA). He is a founding member of the Venezuelan Plone community. He has recently reviewed a book for Packt Publishing: Plone Intranet.
Since 2006, is an advisor to Venezuelan government agencies on issues of community collaboration and development software.
