“Key Solutions” is an open source company. The company was found in 2005 as a team of high class professionals working in the business since 2000. Key Solutions team was made of profound visionaries, programmers and community managers. Open source software use allows the company to create unique solutions ready to be parts of business processes. And making solutions using open license products provides more security to the clients and gives access to the new ideas.

Key Solutions is headquartered in Moscow (Russia) and Dnepropetrovsk (Ukraine). Our company is growing fast and becoming global: currently we have clients in Russia, USA, Israel, Ukraine and Moldova.
We work with technologies that will certainly become the standards of the future. The use of open source products enables us to create unique aggregate solutions that turn into business processes.
Key Solutions specialize in the following areas:
- Virtual Communities
- As the majority of the companies strive for the most up-to-date approach to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) as a part of their business strategy, we provide our clients with sophisticated loyalty management solutions that utilize our scientific approaches in organization of the network structures.
- Open Source
- We develop our solutions based on the open licenses. In use of technologies, we are proponents of the following basic principles that: a) the cost of the introduction of new functionality should not depend on the scale of the project and b) project should work on any platform. Our company utilizes bleeding edge technologies, which we believe will soon become international technological standards. Therefore, our choice falls onto Zope - application server and Python - object-oriented programming language.
- Telecommunications
- In today’s level of technological progress, the cost of transaction approaches zero. Use of different channels of interaction is not a capability, which should be celebrated as a competitive advantage, it should be the norm. In our projects, we strive to effectively bring together the telecommunication capabilities (VIOP, IVR, Call Center, SMS- services) with Web applications (Web, WAP, iMode) and internal client systems (SOAP, XML- RPC, Jabber, and relational databases) using platforms Zope, Asterisk, and Twisted. In addition, highest standards that our team members strive for, assist us in the achievement of one more result - system safety.
How we differ ourselves from other companies:
- First principle of the company that offers innovative solutions: do not bring another good product to the market, create new market. Therefore, we do not work in common markets, but we aim to generate new ones.
- We are an open source company. Open source code approach empowers our clients to achieve additional security, minimizes risks associated with closed platforms, and broadens access to the new ideas.
- We do not develop our solutions only on the basis of given requirements, but we always study subject area in search of new solutions. If we do not succeed in bringing additional values to client’s requests, we cannot call ourselves experts in the area (and we do!).
