Setting a plone site with MS IE 6/7 or Safari 3, Japanese site name and description doesn't display correctly, turn into garbage characters.

 

Installation

 - Untar this file, into the Products directory of your Plone instance.
 
 - To set "default-zpublisher-encoding utf-8" in etc/zope.conf,
   remove "#" from the line.
 
 - Restart Zope

Required

 - Tested with Zope 2.10.5 and Zope2.10.6
 
 - Plone3.0.6 or Plone3.1.1 or higher
