I just tried to download the zopeedit.py for linux from http://plone.org/[…]/zopeedit.py but it actually appears to be the exe for windows as it is a binary file that won't run on linux and you can see this if you open it in a text editor: "This program must be run under Win32"
Looks like the same file has been uploaded as zopeedit.py is 2.5 mb.
