#13 — IE7 problem with displaying content in a frame

In IE7, the frame extends to the right, under the adjoining portlets, so the scrollbar is inaccessible (nearly invisible, actually). Everything looks fine in FireFox, Chrome, Safari - even IE8. See http://cmrls.pondcms.net/sites/foobar2/resources/databases
