We have an intranet site (plone 4.0.1) with 800+ pdf files. wc.pageturner is a great tool to display these files in web browsers flawlessly. However, we should manually convert previously uploaded pdf files to page turner view, since in the current version (1.1b1) is not able automaticaly convert them.
When you choose pageturner view for a pdf, it produces an error message. ("There was an error trying to convert the PDF. Maybe the PDF is encrypted, corrupt or malformed?") After editing the pdf file TTW, wc.pageturner is able to display the file.
When you choose pageturner view for a pdf, it produces an error message. ("There was an error trying to convert the PDF. Maybe the PDF is encrypted, corrupt or malformed?") After editing the pdf file TTW, wc.pageturner is able to display the file.
- Steps to reproduce:
- 1. Upload a few pdf.
2. Install wc.pageturner
3. Try to change display to page turner (You'll get the error message)
4. Edit pdf, than save.
5. Change display to page turner (Works perfectly)

Yes, yes. Once I get a chance, I'll add a manual convert button and functionality that'll convert all on the site for you.
