#3 — Empty pop up displays when clicking the "create new workflow" button

I am using a clean Plone 3.3.5 instance. I added the following to my buildout:

eggs =
    ...
    uwosh.northstar
    Products.PloneFormGen
    ZopeSkel
    Paste

I ran the buildout, started the instance and installed North * and Plone Form Gen.

When clicking on the "create new workflow" button in site setup, I get an empty dialog box and nothing happens. I was able to go around that by copying the link that is on the button.

I have the same behavior when in the workflow manager, and clicking the "add state" button.

I am using FF 3.6.8. I get the same behavior in Chrome 5.
Steps to reproduce:
Go to site setup as an admin
Click on "workflow manager"
Click the "create new workflow" button

I also get the exact same behavior on a clean 3.3.5 instance, but not on a 3.2.3 instance so something between those two builds has changed the way northstar interacts with Plone.

Which operating systems are you both using?

It might have something with the jquery version. I assume plone 3.3 and 4's jquery adequate and I manually include a newer version of jquery for earlier versions; however, I wonder if 3.3's jquery actually isn't actually late enough...

I have OS X 10.6.6, Plone 3.3.5, North* 0.9rc5, and am seeing the same problem. In the Add/Remove Products form I have Plone JQuery Tools Integration 1.1.2. Going to try some other version combinations next.
