The Image drawer used to pick and upload images only lists the 'Title' of each image. As the title attribute is not required on an ATImage, this is often blank which makes the image drawer quite hard to use!
I suggest that title_or_id is used instead, so that we at least get the filename if no title was set.

- Steps to reproduce:
- Add an ATImage (not using TinyMCE) and leave the title blank. Then use the TinyMCE Image drawer to browse to this image. The image icon will appear in the listing with no text.
