TinyMCE configlet/utility settings are lost after package's re-installation via QI. Currently happens with 1.1rc8.

Steps to reproduce:: 1. Install Products.TinyMCE via Quick Installer
2. Re-install package via Quick Installer in ZMI

or

Put package as dependency into [another_package]/profiles/[profile_id]/metadata.xml (for example site policy package) and reinstall that package.

That is correct. When you customize the settings you need to export the new settings using portal_setup and put the tinymce.xml file in your theme's profile.
