Time Tracker

TimeTracker is an application that enables you to track the amount of time you spend on your tasks. Features include an ajax search capability, in-place editing and quick start shortcuts for recently used tasks and the means to query and export your tasks to a .csv file to be used in spreadsheet applications. Tasks can also be created with a start date in the future to act as reminders.

Project Description

TimeTracker is an application that enables you to track the amountof time you spend on your tasks. A task is defined by its title, the current activity associated with the task (i.e development,benchmarking, testing, release), the category under which the task falls (i.e for whom is this task being done?) and the timeslot (start time and end time) in which the task is being performed. TimeTracker allows you to keep track of the time spent onindividual activities associated with a task as well as the total time spent on the task itself. The parameters by which tasks are defined are fully editable. Features include an ajax search capability to find relatedtasks, in-place editing and batching of recently used tasks with quick start shortcuts, a means to export your taskinformation to a .csv file used in spreadsheet applicationsand the ability to view all the tasks associated to a certain category and all the categories and activities associated with a certain task.

Tasks can also be created with a start date in the future (and then displayed in the pending section) to act as a reminder.
