* Feature : We can choose states of contents whose tags are displayed

* Improvement : Tags are'nt displayed if their contents are not viewable by user,

* Improvement : Tags are'nt displayed if they aren't associated with any content,

* UI : In explore mode, different colors are used than in search mode.

* Skin : base properties colors are used instead of hard-coded ones
