Unlike medialog.subskinsiii for plone 3, this product now generates images and shades of colours with PIL / scripts / magic .
The result is that there are much more options.
There has also been added an "extra" section to tweak your site.
The control panel is now "interactive" (thanks, silvio) so its possible to see live the changes one does.
medialog.subskins almost feels like an app to design the layout for your Plone site
