SubSkins 0.3 (Beta release)

This is not a final release. Experimental releases should only be used for testing and development. Do not use these on production sites, and make sure you have proper backups before installing.
CSS Updates. The future looks bright.
Not all choices looks "good" with eachother. Files that have almost the same names are probably supposed to be used with each other. (something like clean_white / Clean_text / Clean_portlets or Corporate_top/ Corporate_text / Corporate_portlets). SubSkins 0.4 will be here soon, fixing some bugs, IE issues and some more skins..... Please give feedback etc.
