How PloneSubSkins and SubSkins work
If you want to make a new navigation portlet css-file, do the following (recommended way to do it if you are not an css--expert....).

1) Copy one of the files from the SubSkins_navigation folder in the skins folder of SubSKins
2) Edit the file (try CSSEdit if you use mac)
3) Save the file and copy it to the SubSkins_navigation folder (in the Products folder).
4) Restart zope (you can probably just refresh the product   instead).
5) Chose the new file from the control panel (http://yoursite/portal_subskinstool/subskins_control_panel)
