1) You can customize the css-files in the same way you do with other files.

 

2) If you dont know much css, it might be a good idea to change the colors in the css file to "very different", like red, green, blue to see which color is what.

 

PloneSubSkins control panel now adds the css-files to portal_css. If you want to add your own css-files and use &dtml-colors, be sure to name the style sheets yourname.css.dtml

4) The plan is to add color-schemes to SubSkins so that it is possible to change "all the colors" from the control panel as well. I need help on this, so please help if you can
