Allow keyword fields to be annotated to content objects, on a per user basis.

Motivation

Right now, the only thing you can stick to an object is a text note. While working on this application I realized the utility of sticking keywords to objects (again, on a per user basis). voilà - Flickr.

Once users can start tagging arbitrary objects in the system (perhaps using something like the ATVocabulary manager to allow for the growth of folksonomies)

I would also like to work on visual displays of the clusters that emerge.

Proposal

Implement a new StickyKeywords type. In fact, refactor Sticky types so that there is a base sticky and potentiall all sorts annotations that can be mixed, matched and extended.

Visualization of resulting networks will require graphing package.

sticky tagging has been deferred, in favor of a new approach -
