User wants to see what's new when comes to Auditorium.

- waiting portlet - user's comments waiting for approve in moderated mode (only for authenticated user)
- rejected portlet - user's comments rejected by Moderator in moderated mode (only for authenticated user)
- rss feed link to auditorium view
