From this release external video providers can also give a remote image splashscreen, that will be downloaded and used as content image.
Also added a text field.

- fixed missing Generic Setup dependency (close #8)
- adds events that call getThumb on the RemoteVideo adapter, and try to get a thumb image for the video
- fixed a GS circular dependency error
- video size in content was ignored when also present in video metadata (close #6)
