#2: Plone 2.1 UI Integration

Quills should take advantage of the UI elements Plone 2.1 as opposed to clobbering them with its own layout and styles.

Motivation
Quills 0.9 currently stands out from the Plone UI, and not in a good way.
Proposal
We basically need a template and CSS audit covering:
* Portlets - none of these should require any custom CSS
* Weblog View - With a few exceptions like trackback elements, this should mimic the defailt News Item or Document view.
* Weblog View - Look at news.pt view or Smart Folder views and improve upon it. Edit buttons should be removed.
* Archive/Drafts view - Same as Weblog View
Risks
Previously customized Quills deployments will have to adjust to the template changes.
