#43 — Duplications in siteactions and globalnav tabs

Quills trunk. Plone 2.5
When I access a topic (for example by clicking a keyword in the cloud) I see two defects:
1. siteaction items are duplicated.
2. the portal root/home entry in portal-globalnav is duplicated.
- Steps to reproduce:
- click on a keyword in the tag cloud or select any keyword in a topics list, so that your url looks like:
.../ploneinstance/topics/keyword1
check your portal tabs, and siteactions.
