The various feed icons which spice up the Quills Links Portlet do not show up if QuillsEnabled is installed but Quills is not.
Observed with Plone 3.2.1 and trunk/QuillsEnabled (currently rev. 83674).

- Steps to reproduce:
- - Install Products.QuillsEnabled but *not* Products.Quills,
- create a Blog,
- the Links Portlet will show up but all the feed icons are missing.

QuillsEnabled does not pull in the required packages Products.fatsyndication, which provides the icons. As a work-around one can install this package manually.

Fixed at rev. 84052 (http://dev.plone.org/collective/changeset/84052/) as part of a larger repair.
